999 5 Star Reviews!

Segway on Q has reached 999 5-star reviews on Trip Advisor. The milestone is 1000, right? But it’s level 4 lockdown again and by the time #1000 rolls in I might be busy again. That’s why I’m using my time to write this blog now.

A review of the reviews

Taking a little review of the reviews, with 1070 on Trip Advisor, that’s our biggest source of all. With 999 5-star reviews there, that’s over 93% reaching the maximum satisfaction rating. Add the 4-star reviews and collectively they make up almost 99%!

Google reviews give us a rating of 4.9 out of 5. I have to go back 5 years to find any reviews lower than 5-star. I can’t find any bad reviews on Facebook which has us sitting at a perfect 5/5.

I’ve heard that people don’t always trust perfect ratings as being genuine. In that case Segway on Q must look pretty dodgy. Ha-ha! Our past customers can vouch this isn’t the case.

Returning customers

Speaking of past customers, it’s been great to see so many of you wonderful people coming back to do it again. This year, returning customers have made up over 20% of our bookings! With tourism in an incredibly challenging phase right now, your repeat business has been great to see. I look forward to seeing more of you back again soon.

Review challenge

If you haven’t done it before then I invite you take a review challenge. Book a Queenstown Segway experience and write a review, good or bad. A solo bad review can be quite damaging to ratings, but I’m 99% sure you’ll be in the happy camp. 😊
